What makes our drift boats special?
Our river ready drift boat is being run down some of the rowdiest water in the Rockies. The Middle and Main Fork of the Salmon, the Lochsa, Bear Trap Canyon of the Madison, Cataract Canyon, and Westwater, come to mind. Something about our material and our hull shape make us a dolphin in big water.


How our drift boats are made.
Roto-molding our boats involves a two part process that uses two types of high density linear polyethylene resin. We first load our boat mold with the polyethylene resin that makes our boat’s outer surface.


Hog Island LTD Drift Boat
Our casting brace system is very easy on your thighs and hips during a day of standing up and fishing. The leg horns are adjustable and removable for flat water or touring situations.


Hog Island Skiff
Hog Island is developing a boat we call the “Shallow Water Assassin”. We will rotomold her hull, so she will be similar to our drift boat in construction and materials. Our aim is to have a small motor boat like our drift boat that will be very quiet, very durable, and able to go places other boats shy away from. She will have 400 pounds per inch of displacement, and be rated for a forty horse motor. This boat will fish, hunt, and run anywhere anytime. ETA on water spring 2010.

Our river ready package includes everything we can think of for the type of fishing and floating we do. We do have customers from time to time who want to customize their own boat. You can build out the boat of your dreams with our hull, and as few of our components as you please. Mix and match, plug and play. Hot Deals and Used Drift Boats
We have one brand new "just arrived" Light Green/ Sage hull that has a birthmark on the left outside wall. The factory special is in the form of a shallow dent. The hull is bomber despite some irregularities on the surface. There are molded in inserts on the fore and aft decks, and on the rower?s bench for attaching a wide variety of seating. We are offering her ready with everything to include: red or green casting brace covers, and red/white/red hatches.
